Inventory
Online inventory is approximate: We endeavour to keep the online inventory accurate, however, given the fact that it is sold in the store it is possible that an item will sell out before the website is updated. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know that your item is not available or is on backorder.
Shipping
Local Pickup in Manotick: There is no delivery charge for any order that is picked in the Blooming Kids store in Manotick located at 5560 Manotick Main Street in the heart of Manotick.
Shipping Cost. We endeavour the keep shipping fees as accurate as possible. The size and shape of a package will affect the price, not just the weight. As such, the shipping costs are approximate. Shipping fees will be adjusted if there is more than $2.00 adjustment in the fees.
Orders are shipped as soon as possible during the week. The store is closed on Mondays. For orders placed any other day of the week, we do endeavour to get the orders out as soon as possible. Please check the blog for updates on any activities that may affect shipping. Please note that it may take longer for orders with items that are on backorder or out of stock. Please let us know if you require your items shipped asap by contacting us and we will do our best to accomodate you.
At no additional cost to the customer (over and above regular shipping costs), all packages within Canada will be shipped by Expedited Parcel which includes $100CDN insurance and a tracking number which will be emailed to you upon shipment (from Canada Post directly) , no matter how big or small the order.
The Cloth Diaper Market cannot be held responsible for packages once they leave our location and are in the hands of the postal delivery service. Insurance is HIGHLY recommended. It can be purchased on the site under "shipping".
Diaper Packages are set at a great price with discounts built in and are not eligible for further sale prices.

Return/shipping charges information:
Returns on non-defective merchandise are accepted on unused/unwashed merchandise only for up to 30 days after purchase with store receipt. We are not responsible for return shipping charges unless we made an error on your order. Please contact us before you return any items. We recommend sending returns with INSURANCE as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or misdelivered.
Exchanges will incur an actual return shipping charge unless we made an error on your order. This fee will be charged to the card used for your original purchase unless you indicate otherwise. Exchanges are not eligable for free shipping should this be a promotion in our store at the time.
Refunds will incur a 15% restocking charge (maximum of $25.00) that will be deducted from the credit issued for the return. If you received free shipping, a portion or the full amount of shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
Special Note: Since diapers and Mama pads cannot be returned if they have been washed or used, we recommend that you try on the baby (or yourself) first if you are unsure about the size. If you are unsure about cloth diapering or using Mama pads in general please only wash and use as many items as you are willing to keep. We strongly recommend that you check the website for each manufacturer's warranty, policies and care instructions to ensure that your purchase is well lmaintained. |
